Unlike “moonshine” or corn whiskies, Virginia Moon is made with 60% wheat, 30% rye, and 10% malted barley. This creates a refreshing taste with sweet upfront flavor from the wheat and a peppery finish from the rye.

Virginia Moon is outstanding neat, on the rocks, or in a variety of craft cocktails. It can be used in both traditional and non-traditional whiskey drinks alike, such as a Manassas Mule, Moonshine Margarita, Whiskey Sour, or Whiskey Ginger.
